Pim Fortuyn was een inwoner van Rotterdam. Hij was een politicus, die vermoord werd in 2002. Dit beeld herdenkt Fortuyn, die wordt gezien als beginpunt van de populistische politiek die eerst in Rotterdam en daarna in Nederland zeer veel invloed zou hebben.
